| Summary of Qualification

Wilton Hinds, PMP, is a certified senior project manager with more than 9 experience from project management and project organizations. He is a seasoned project manager, accredited by PMI and IPMA, with proven proficiency in starting, planning, executing, monitoring and closing IT projects. He has led numerous complex IT engagements which have, among other things: improved lead-time, changed and/or improved way of working for businesses, minimized IT maintenance cost, and made clients more competitive. Wilton has 12 years experience from the Information Technology sector and widespread knowledge of the system development process. He has experience from other roles, which he has held over the years, as: technical project manager, system developer, team leader, configuration manger, test manager and system area manager. He also has has diverse industry experience from market sectors, as: telecom, consulting, automotive, logistics, finance, transportation, pharmaceutical, and defense. Wilton is a member of the Swedish Project Management Society, Project Management Institute (PMI), and the Swedish PMI chapter.
